Enetworkables Overview

My name is Eddie Martinez and I am very experienced with the repair, maintenance and customization of desktop computers, the networks that connect them, and the accessories in-between. I am also an exponent of the large-scale integration of electronics into people’s daily lives.

For years, I observed the level of care with which large companies delegate computer and network repair, and was not impressed by the results. Companies that actually offer on-site services (geek squad, firedog, etc.) often send inexperienced technicians and charge exorbitant rates, that in many cases are almost equivalent to the worth of the equipment in question.

The lack of specialized care, personal skills, and reasonable prices proved that large companies were not listening to their customers and were only interested in high profit margins. This knowledge prompted me to realize that there was a need for a computer service in the Kingwood area dedicated to attaining functionality and integration of the technology that people utilize everyday in their homes.

I started Enetworkables Computer Services in 2003 to offer affordable services with a personal touch.  I offer on-site service because people have busy schedules and don't always have the luxury or the time to drop their computer off at a large retailer for service that is often mediocre and time-consuming. I listen to what you and your computer have to say about the technical issue and I solve it.

Many people are under the impression that the purchasing a new computer is the only way to fix a system that is having problems. This is simply untrue. Often, computer problems are caused by a single faulty component or a corrupted operating system installation. If you are having a problem with your computer, I can diagnose it and implement a solution to that problem for you. If you are in need of a network or are looking to clean your computer of pop-ups and spyware, I offer those services as well. In addition, I can build a computer of any form factor:  from the fastest, most powerful, workstation-class system, to a computer for e-mail and web browsing
